2008 marks a new era for Josh Baldwin and Baldwin Racing's SCORE
Trophy-Truck program. Starting with the proven, winning Geiser Brothers
chassis, Kevin Pence and his crew at the Argonne, Wisconsin based
Baldwin Racing have produced another "Masterpiece" with this, the newest
SCORE Trophy-Truck to be introduced.
Leaving the subzero temperatures of the Northwoods in Wisconsin on
Saturday, the newest truck to wear the #86 and the latest addition to
the Baldwin Racing stable, is headed to the Nevada desert for it's
maiden shakedown run. With everything progressing as expected, the team
expects to have the truck on the starting line for this weekends SCORE
Laughlin Desert Challenge.
Joining the new Trophy Truck will be the Baldwin Racing Class 1 car
making just its third race appearance and it's first flying the now
familiar orange, white and black colors of Baldwin Racing. After a full
season of desert testing, along with strong finishes at both last years
Laughlin Desert Challenge and the SCORE Terrible's Cup, the Baldwin Team
is expecting big things from this open wheel thoroughbred.
As the desert racing season gets underway, driver Josh Baldwin is
extremely excited to get behind the wheel of his new truck along with
racing for the checkered flag in two of the most competitive classes in
desert racing.
