FAST Aid's debut at the Primm SCORE Race and CPR/Safety Classes offered!

Fast-Aid, the off-road community’s newest charitable organization is set to offer its services at the upcoming SCORE Primm 300 race.

Representatives from the organization will have a booth set-up on Friday at contingency behind Buffalo Bills Casino and Hotel in Primm, Nevada for the SCORE International Primm 300 off-road race on September 10th. Fast-Aid will be accepting donations as well as offering information on safety classes and how racers can benefit from its services.

Fast-Aid was founded 4 months ago by Adam Gunn and Patrick Dailey. Gunn’s vision was to create an organization that aided injured racers and their families through the rehabilitation process. Gunn saw a need to find the financial support to help with medical bills and other services a racer would need after a serious injury during a racing event as well as safety education to prevent life threatening injuries.

“FAST-aid exists to help racers and teams prevent life-changing and life-ending accidents through education, to assist the injured their families deal with accidents, and to help coordinate necessary resources for recovery,” said Jared Tetzlaff, President of Fast-Aid.

With the official launch of the organization just over 30 days ago, people have already started embracing Fast-Aid’s mission. Former Baja 1000 winner Andy McMillin said, “Off-road racing, like any form of motorsports, is very dangerous. With speed, only come harder and more severe crashes. I am proud to be involved with a group like Fast Aid.”

KTM Rider Chris Blais knows all too well the consequences of a crash. Blais was injured during the Best In The Desert Vegas 2 Reno race in 2007. Blais depended on donations from the off-road community to get specialized equipment and rehabilitation services and has also voiced his support for FAST-aid.

“The Fast Aid guys understand what is needed in off-road and are implementing ideas all racers, families, crews and beyond can benefit from,” said desert racer and television commentator Cameron Steele.

Currently Fast-Aid covers the race sanctions within the United States including BITD, CODE, DRIVE, KOH, LOORS, MDR, MORE, SCORE, SNORE AND TORC. More information on Fast-Aid can be found through their website at www.fast-aid.org.

F.A.S.T. AID to make announcement on Totally Off Road Radio

San Diego (California) – F.A.S.T. AID non-profit organization is set to make an announcement on this Wednesday’s Totally Off-Road Radio show hosted by Jim Holthus.

F.A.S.T. AID president Jared Tetzlaff along with founders Adam Gunn and Pat Dailey as well as racing veteran Chad Ragland will be interviewed live on the show about this newest non-profit organization and how it will help the off-road racing community. Information will also be provided on how off-road racers, individuals and sponsors can get involved in the F.A.S.T. Aid Organization.

Additionally F.A.S.T. AID president Jared Tetzlaff is expected to announce a contingency program for the upcoming SCORE Primm 300 race held in southern Nevada on September 12th 2009.
